I’m a writer and a poet, and I am currently working on my first novel. I live in Salem, Massachusetts, which is fun (and really fun for 11 months of the year). Some of my work has also been published in several literary magazines.
More about me:
I have always been a voracious reader (a book-a-day type). And before the internet became fast-paced and fandom-filled, I would sit at my family’s old Windows 95 desktop and write book reports for fun. Why?
Because it was so satisfying to identify what made a protagonist a sympathetic lead or what made my eyes glaze over by the third page.
Most importantly, I’d puzzle out why a story, an article, or even a blog post just clicked.
Reading multiple books a week is a bit harder now, but my love for finding good stories has never been easier. Now as a writer and editor, I have the skills to identify what sparks a reader’s imagination and what will keep them engaged till the very last word.
